3.4 Suspicious Activity. 777jya employs automated monitoring systems to detect unusual login patterns, device anomalies, and potentially fraudulent activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, the Platform reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice to the Player.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 777jya supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the Platform at all times.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no mandatory maximum single deposit; however, the Platform reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion or in response to risk management requirements.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within eight (8) minutes of submission during standard operating hours. 4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to withdraw, a Player must have completed KYC identity verification. 4.5 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers. 777jya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonus credits already claimed and in active use at the time of withdrawal of an offer will be honoured subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of the claim.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the 777jya platform, including live dealer tables, slot titles, and crash games, are sourced from certified third-party providers whose random number generation (RNG) engines undergo independent testing and certification. 777jya does not alter the outcome of any game.
6.2 Sports Betting Markets. Cricket and other sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant fixture as declared by the governing body of that sport (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic fixtures). In the event of a dispute over a result, 777jya's settlement decision shall be final.
6.3 Erroneous Odds or Prices. 6.4 Bet Cancellation. Once placed and confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled by the Player. Exceptions may apply in specific live betting scenarios where a cancellation window is explicitly offered on the Platform interface at the time of placement.
6.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a game or platform disconnection during an active round, 777jya will endeavour to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the Platform's servers. Where this is not technically possible, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777jya platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

8.2 Effect of Suspension. Upon suspension, the Player will be unable to log in, place wagers, or process transactions. Funds held in a suspended account will be reviewed as part of any investigation. Where a suspension is confirmed as permanent following investigation, any balances derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.
